  It was the worst steak that I've ever tasted!! We've ordered two steaks and both of them came all burnt outside when we asked for medium rare. It was to the point when I had a bite, I could only taste the burnt meat. Orange juice we ordered was so diluted, tasted like water.

  Thanks Seabelle for ruining our last meal at the beautiful Fraser Island. Only if I wasn't too tired and wanted to go back to hotel for rest, I would have sent the food back.

  An endless assortment of innovative Aussie dishes. I didn't know wattle seed could be used in so many ways (any, for that matter). The octopus was unreal. Order some of everything off the specials menu and you'll be hardpressed to do any wrong.

  Elegant Dining is the phrase to use to describe the Seabelle restaurant at Kingfisher Resort. If you want a 'cheap' meal anywhere on Fraser forget it but this restaurant specializes in bringing you spectacular Australian meals you won't find anywhere on the mainland. Every dish has a way of capturing the flavours of real bush tucker and combining them with Kangaroo Emu Crocodile. It helps to do the Bush Tucker Tasting talk to truly appreciate the flavours they use - otherwise you might bypass the restaurant wondering what pepperberry bunya nut lemon myrtle could possibly taste like. You won't be disappointed. Don't worry about the prices - they pale to insignificance wheb compared to the TASTE SENSATION of every mouthful!!!

  The fillet, crab linguine, SEABELLE BREAD, calamari and crab cakes were all amazing! Definitely recommend and will return.
